Thank you jezevex and szijjarto!

On the Swedish triart play website, the English translation of the plot includes "Mia and Mirjam are 14 years old and practicing becoming adults. Mirjam gets off to a flying start by hooking up with an older man, which..." A translation using an English idiom that's pretty funny in this situation.

Looks good, downloading now!

Was about 5 minutes. Find MKVextractGUI.exe inside the MKVTools download folder. Run it and let it strip out the 4 subtitles. Drop the native swedish into Subtitle edit. Let it use it's link to AI to translate. Check to think if it needs to fix anything - it didn't, it's clean. Upload. As it's an AI it's going to be a bit confused on maybe 5% of things - but I watched the film last night with the english subtitles and it was fine.
In the past I would have taken 50 lines at a time into Google's translator - but Subtitle edit makes it much quicker :)
