Sonia's 3rd (N)OT role, she wasn't even 17 and a half by release date, and I know them Turks are fast, but most filming likely took place while she was 16. Again, eligible and OT by FLM rules, because her character was 16 or under.
Tesekkur ederim buykanne by Osnan F. Seden (1975), unreleased in Italy, is a film shot in Turkey and is a remake of Grazie nonna with Fenech (we talked about this film in The Naked Divas - the cinema of Gloria Guida and Edwige Fenech - Deep Red, 2006), won the Ankara Prize and grossed a lot in Turkey. Sonia Viviani was chosen for the part thanks to her agent Tony Askin who proposed her to the production. The beautiful Italian actress takes the place of an important local actress who refuses to shoot a nude scene in the shower and becomes a diva of Turkish cinema

How did you figure out the age of her character?

IMDB synopsis:

Mete the little boy of family, receives the grandmother from Italy. But the grandmother neither grand nor mother; just a young woman who will make Mete a man.

It looks like this is a Coming of Age story for the young boy, although I can't figure out the age of his character either.

I figured, there were zero actresses playing OLDER characters in the 70s, so since she was barely 17 or even under 17 when filming happened. And sure, that could be wrong

Ahh, you were just guessing based on your theory. I was looking for actual info about the characters!

She was cast for this role because she was willing to show her tits.

I really do not understand that synopsis I quoted.

I'm ashamed to admit; I would have cast her too.

(And [being the cameraman as well] I would have told her we needed a dozen or so re-shoots for every such scene..

I JUST made a similar discovery in the thread for [REQ] Aglama Anne (2018)....

I went ahead and posted that whatever translator Caleyunior was using did a terrible job with that particular synopsis. It was unusually incoherent..

In this abstract age, I guess coherency isn't what it used to be. (I mean, you know: Friggin' coherent!)
