I edited the Subject name and added an IMDB link. Wikipedia disagrees slightly with IMDB and says the premiere was in 2014 and not 2013:

This is a saga of a war hero, Michail Govorov, and his big family. The film will follow several generations of people from World War 2 into modern days. Thanks to being in the Communist Party's good graces, Michail is assigned to take the Regional Party Leader position. He accepts the offer and moves his family to a nice house outside of town. An atheist and a pragmatic Michail doesn't pay attention to provincial superstitions and oldwives' tales about the house he's currently living in. Legend has it that whoever takes up residence in the house will forever taint his bloodline with the curse of living lives devoid of love...
I have no idea how much footage in this Russian-Ukrainian soap opera series features that little girl or children in general.
