Thanks Nasuada. This movie is available at several streaming services, but I never got closer to it, because I think our actress of interest has only a small role in this movie.

In fact, it is not so clear how often it occurs. Although she is quite high up in the list of actors on imdb.

I scrolled through the entire video. Technically the story follows MOM, but our Little Actress consistently appears throughout the entire movie and play an important role. Surely we here at FLM would like to see her even more often, but she is certainly not ignored in the film.

Just letting you know, the first poster under the movie trailer in the OP is not from this movie

it's from an Austrian short film called Nellys Story (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt33060807/)

Anyway i happen to came upon this movie since it's streaming for free On Demand here
To tell you the truth, i'm not big on movies involving romance and sex scenes (1 or 2 scenes are fine but more than that i'm probably out) but this movie was actually pretty decent
Quite Enjoyed it
