A remastered version exists.

Synopsis :
Spoiler:

So, a few months ago I watched a movie on Tubi called Tales of the Fantastic (https://tubitv.com/movies/714843/tales-of-the-fantastic)

Tales of the Fantastic actually has 3 movies in 1 (Remote, Clockmaker and Phantom Town)

Problem is, I don't think the Tubi link above has the full version of those 3 movies

Remote has a runtime of 1 hour and 20 minutes
Clockmaker has a runtime of 1 hour 22 minutes
Phantom Town has a runtime of 1 hour 30 minutes

That's a Total Runtime of just over 4 hours

How does someone manage to fit all those 3 movies in only 1 hour 48 minutes

Basically what I'm saying is.. watch the 3 movies individually, do NOT watch Tales of the Fantastic

I think it is correct, sort of. The Tubitv page says that Tales of the Fantastic has "Time traveling tots, magical remote controls and more crazy content from some of the most fantastical films from the Moonbeam family film library." So it really does seem like a mashup of multiple independent films.

Remote (1993) + Clockmaker (1998) + Phantom Town (1999) - lots of footage = Tales of the Fantastic (2023)
The cast and crew listings confirm it anyway. WHY they did this is anyone's guess.
