The only thing particularly useful I found is the IMDB link above.

It is a TV episode which makes it less likely to have a DVD release. The "Buy on DVD or Blu-Ray" button at filmvandaag.nl is there for every movie whether or not there actually is a disk. Other sites do the same.

Like DreamScape, I also see active Seeders for the Russian-voiceover Rutracker mpg that matches the BK.
The only streams I found are also SD Russian-voiceover.
