Yay! Thanks jezevex! I watched this on a whim right from the embeded YT video in your post. I really enjoyed it. 
This short is about two members of rival groups of skaters and the little conflicts they have. It's chock full of little stunts and eventually develops onto a love interest between the leader of the younger skater group and the sister of the leader of the older, more bullish skater group.
The most interesting thing about this short its distinct style and presentation: it is very light on the dialogue; instead, the narrative is carried by the action, the hoots and hollers of the kids, and the groovy MUSIC. You know exactly what's going on and how characters feel. I love it!
This short reminds me of another shirt I first saw years ago, called Skater Dater. It has similar stylings: no dialogue, skaters and bicycles, rivalry, a love interest, and rad MUSIC helps carry it all along. I'll be posting this short soon.
