Tubi has the wrong aspect ratio i think

Tubi has the wrong aspect ratio i think
It's not wrong, It' just not cropped to widscreen resolution.

Ah, well.. widescreen resolution is probably better though
After seeing the widescreen images in my above post, it just feels like tubi is cropped

Good choice of comparison Moonee; that is what I always need to see to be sure. Sometimes widescreen is from using anamorphic lenses and has more image on the sides. This movie is turns out was shot CinemaScope and presented at 2.35:1.
Sometimes they "cheat" when a movie is shot with flat lenses and crop off the top and bottom to get 1.85:1 or similar. (Like "Pretty Baby".) In that case we definitely have more image on the open-matte version without any cropping.

To my eyes, it looks like it has all the image but the image needs to be stretched a little wider. Is that your perception too?
