Unfortunately, I couldn't find any further information. From the image I saw on MUBI, there's a naked woman playing with the little girl.

Um... yes, exactly this one, maybe it's the old lady who plays the grandmother in the short film. I can't figure out what she's doing with that little girl, or whether she's playing or being abused. What I see is that the woman is braless and her panties are a little low. I hope it's not as heavy as the Swedish one, but in any case I'll add it to my favorites; it might be interesting.

I don't see anything wrong with the image, they just seem to be having fun.
tgery2002 is right
It's not Swedish but it's Finnish and it's similar to something that would be normal in Scandinavia.
