Wow, I have solely been using Firefox and I had no problems. Maybe it is because you are using a VPN and that is annoying it? Did you try without a VPN? I am not using one but I am using uBlock Origin adblocker.

As I said: Normally opensubtitles.org works for me. And I have to solve a Captcha. This time I didn't get one, maybe this has been the reason.

Sometimes it gave me Captchas before when I was using Chrome and a VPN. It was very annoying but with it not working at all for you I appreciate your frustration.
