In the comparison pictures of before-and-after hair and makeup, the one on the far right is not immediately identifiable as the same person. I think the original picture had yet another person one step over on camera right, and they switched places. On the "after" picture I can see a bit of a dress and what may be a different person's arm.

You can only kinda see the bottom of the dress tho and you can easily tell that arm is not attached to the boy

Of course their faces do not match, so we don't have to wonder about gender swaps in casting. I just was darn confused because I could easily match everyone else up in the same positions! Why did they censor the full picture? There must be some conspiracy going on.
