In this made-for-television drama, a fugitive mental patient kidnaps an illiterate girl from a nearby farm and forces her to go to a lonely mountain cabin. There he teaches her to read and, ultimately, how to love.

The final few seconds give this away as being a UK TV rip but still of pretty decent quality.

A love story between a teenager and a mentally handicapped man in a simple TV movie... There's no denying it, at the time the TV producers had balls (or they didn't know they had !)
