By the way -- there are subs for many languages including English at
http://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/ ... uageid-all

corsarace posted this same movie -- the same file ghost originally posted in fact -- but diddn't find this thread since his transliteration of the Russian name was slightly different. Here is his excellent post and screenshots.
[REL] Izgnanie (2007)

For simplicity I am reposting corsarace's work, which follows:

Изгнание 2007
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0488905/
http://www.rarefilmfinder.com/showfilm.php?id=14310

The description: "The Banishment". Naming so the second film, director Andrey Zvyagintsev has chosen again object of creative studying one of the most interesting and difficult, though both the most obvious and characteristic from human conditions — a family. But if in "Returning" the attention of the director and the spectator has been concentrated to the father and sons in "Exile" - the husband and the wife, the man and the woman are.
Dramatic nature of a human situation. The love nature. Change. Necessity of a choice. Misunderstanding. Death. Inspiration … All these general words, finding the form of concrete action, being materialized in heroes and circumstances, become the shrill facts of existence — both at life level, and at life level.

Here is his excellent post and screenshots.But... this one is already here, with a slightly different Russian transliteration so it was tricky to find via search. Unlike many similar cases, the original thread is not a bare shell of a release, so I will move this new thread out and repost your excellent description and screenshots in the original one. If you prefer something different just let me know, this seems to me to be the best approach in this case. By the way -- BizarreLoveTriangle's excellent FLM search http://cloud9.endofinternet.org/flmsearch/ is a more sophisticated search which deals with accents and transliteration much MUCH better than FLM's builtin search. It will make searching for Russian films here more reliable.
Thanks FLL. I really tried to find this but was short of time to look through all pages and the search gave me nothing. In future I'll try to use alternative search by BizarreLoveTriangle... :bigups
