Huh, too late I recognized that I should visit this forum more often. And frankly, I´m not very happy with a new FLM look, Shout Box and all that Google and Translator etc. stuff, but I guess the most important is that the site lives!

Hmm.. actually, I rather like the new look, and the new server is certainly more responsive, but maybe ghost could provide a setting in the preferences to hide the new column on the left hand side.

I have a 17" 4:3 monitor, and I can understand why someone could feel cramped for room with the new addition.

If you have the correct screen resolution set, then everything should be visible from left to right without the need for the scroll bar.

The shout box is a bit of fun.

If anything, the new column makes the board look better.

At my preferred screen resolution of 1024x768, there is a scroll bar at the bottom. I need to use at least 1152x864 to see it without the scrollbar. Not complaining - just making an observation.

Exactly the same with me, that´s why I am not very enthusiastic about new look.

You are using 1024x768?

This resolution is for people with bad eyes to my opinion

I always was using 1280x1024 before i got my widescreen monitor.

At the moment i am using 1680x1050.

Hmm i switched to 1024x768 now to test it. The scrollbar only appears to me, when i open a post.. I will try to fix it.

i have an acer 24" and using 1680x1050 resolution...
