I don't post so many releases. This board give me more than I can give in return. There is so many treasures here. Thanks to all of you who help nicely all poor guys like me. :heart

I not find this one by searching but I'm pretty sure you all know Waterworld. To me it's the best Tina Majorino (Corrina, Corrina) movie. Long or short hairs, she have two pretty blue eyes. :heart

In 1994, it was the most expensive movie of the century. Especially because it was filmed on sea (or gigantic pool). Also lot of production late. Last association Kevin Costner - Kevin Reynolds after Dances with Wolves & Robin Hood. On 1994 Costner was the king of Hollywood. And all mothers all around the world called one of her son: Kevin. :icon_1roflmao

Good suggestion redcat

I have no idea why this film was such a flop at the box office.
I actually really enjoyed it when I saw it all those years ago.

One of my favorites, to say the least:

The over hype killed it, I suppose. How much did they say they spent on the sets? Some $400 million? :bigups Too much publicity like that raises expectations to such a level that practically anything is a disappointment.

Sorry whats a a dead format? Not DVD I hope. Bluray sucks, hardly any choice compared to DVD's!

er.. in what way does BluRay suck, except for the price, of course? Some older movies may not show a lot of difference since the source material isn't great, but for new movies the improvement is obvious if viewed on a large screen.

It sucks cos clever marketing has brainwashed so many people into thinking that they really must buy Bluray and shouldn’t settle for anything less than perfection, thus we have nation of unsatisfied people that are getting ripped off just to keep up with the joneses.
So eventually the less anal amongst us will probably end up having to buy Bluray because of the masses making it popular.

Switching from VHS to DVD is obviously a fine jump, but DVD to Bluray is just getting silly.
