Today the 1.04 GB version completed.
You will need to use VLC to play and adjust Video --> Aspect-ratio to 16:9.
The video does start with aspect-ratio 4:3 sadly.
And the sound track has a ugly offset.
Both should be fixed and new released.

Yes, completed here too. Looks like waiting for a better release than the 1.04GB one makes sense.
The first five minutes is a tour through all the DVD menus, putting this on the beginning is no doubt what screwed up the aspect ratio and sound offset in the movie. The interesting part is that it shows that the DVD has English subs. But is this a real DVD? It looks very unlike any other kids' DVD I've seen. No background graphics in the menus at all, just blue, yet the direct scene access has normal animated pictures of each scene. Strange. We'll see.

Thanks for the torrent, katzenjammer. After your post I took a quick look at eMule and found there's now a decent DVDRip there (confirmed, it was a <10 hour download):
