dont have to use any torrents or any other programs .its straight downloads or streaming episodes to watch.
best place for those over torrent sites like pirate bay,emule etc. use emule for other things.

That website looks like a direct-download blog for Disney shows and movies (mainly, some other similar ones there), using mainly Megashare.
