If you google Сочинение avi you will find this but is animation !

there must be another non-animated version as RFF lists scene description and cast

Link confirmed, moved to REL. Not animation at all, it's a 27 minute film about a young boy who likes nature, especially birds. This causes him some trouble with his teacher and in class. Near the end he is joined by a female friend and they have fun running around.
