THE GO-GETTER is the story of Mercer White (Lou Taylor Pucci), a straight-arrow 19 year-old who steals a car and sets out to find his older half-brother he hasn't seen in fourteen years. It turns out to be quite the trip. He's barely out of town when a cell phone left behind in the stolen car begins to ring and Mercer finds himself talking to the car's owner, Kate (Zooey Deschanel). From this point forward, nothing proceeds as expected for Mercer. In Reno, he's seduced by a mysterious and sexy girl (played by Jena Malone) and has a slew of dangerous, humorous and eye-opening encounters. In the end its the wildness of the ride, the thrill of the pursuit and the discovery of a love he never saw coming that set this journey apart.

Jenna Malone is 17 in this movie. Has this been posted? Of not, any interest?

Not posted, but not likely to be since she was 22/23 when this film was released. But there are lots of Jena films here and a lot of her fans, so the best thing to do is post the links/info in this thread and leave it in General. That's usually how films of interest due to the actress or theme but which don't technically qualify for FLM get handled. It's a little clumsy, we used to have a forum for this sort of thing but it caused confusion so got deleted, but from your description this one sounds good. Thanks!

Sensible solution FLL & thanks for the release jwsmith88. It would be a shame to exclude good movies by adopting too rigid an age criteria.
BTW......what is the considered age limit for FLM?..........Rich mentioned 14 in another thread, others consider 18 acceptable. I usually work to a cut-off of 16. Of course this doesn't take into account those actresses who remain youthful when well past their sell-by date.

it's not that strict, i use 6-14yo as a guide, but of course sometimes there are movies where the girls are younger, or older that i would say are appropriate due to topic, cuteness of girl, the acctress staring etc etc there is no specific rule and the decision as to the suitability of a movie will rest with ghost as it is his forum now all that said i'm glad jwsmith is posting here and making a contribution
