"The Fairy Princess” is a dark short film that takes place on Halloween night, in a small community. One of the people in that community is spending the night passing candy to the various youngsters. Later in the night, he comes across a young girl, who is dressed like a fairy. He abducts her and locks her up in his basement. Little does he know that the tables are about to turns, as this is no ordinary little girl.

You know... I had almost forgotten about this film...
I actually contacted the director around this time last year via email and he let me know where this was playing locally at a Horror Film Festival and I was able to catch it on the big screen. (I also watched 'Trick r' Treat' that night, along with another locally made zombie short; all shown on a theater screen using 'Blu-Ray' projection... Absolutely amazing quality!!!! )
Anyway the movie was pretty cool; the last line delivered by the little girl [though a tad hard to understand at first] was hilarious!
I wrote the director back after watching it and told him I loved the movie and would appreciate a DVD if it was available.. His last correspondence with me stated that he had to go on a shoot for a couple weeks and when he returned he would get back with me and work out sending me a copy for a small fee.
I haven't heard from him since..
I've emailed him one other time a few months later but he still didn't respond and not wanting to come across as a fanatic, I've not bothered sending anything else.
HOWEVER! Now that it's the season again, I think I'll dig up his addy and send off another email and see if anything comes of it...
It's a very short movie, but well worth having a copy of...
