Vesyolye istorii (1962)

The story centers on two mischievous friends, Mishka and Denis. Miska is the more curious of the two, while Denis is the quiet one who reluctantly joins in. They have a chase on a motorbike, pretend they are cosmonauts in a barrel, and engage two girls in a free-for-all with spray paint.

Turns out I had this one, but the avi title "Веселые истории (Денискины рассказы).avi" somehow didn't immediately remind me of it

Looks like a typical billanben-style Russian kids film of that period, with cute little girls. The story focuses on the two boys, though two girls in their building participate in many of their adventures.

I remember the 1974 version, surprising that it wasn't posted here. The sub-plot with girls was way too short, but mega hot
