Looks like a BM - I only found a picture of one girl in it and I haven't found any sources for the film at all. Can anyone help?

She is actually in most of the movie(not just a boy movie).

The YouTube video has been removed and so has ptguardian's link to the stream. Yokodreamer's kino-teatr.ru link is to a 2003 film with a totally different plot:
