No problem. Parts of the file had transfer errors but this was discovered by the builtin error checking and those parts were marked as bad. The only way it would be a problem is if there was only one source and it was the one giving you the erroneous data, or if the data was getting corrupted on your system after download. eMule will just download the affected parts again.
