That doesn't surprise me - my DSL has been going up and down like an elevator since the snows hit. Unfortunately, Verizon will claim it's all inside my house and put me through their stupid tech tricks like "Your modem's phone cable is backwards." This shite will probably continue until whichever distribution box their technicians forgot to close alongside the highway dries out again.
