Orphaned siblings learn the true meaning of family in the melodrama ON OUR OWN. Upon the death of his mother, oldest son Mitch Robbins (Scott Warner) gathers his three siblings and sets out to find a long-lost uncle to avoid being sent to separate foster homes. While on the road, the runaways fend off danger, hunger, and pursuing authorities in their quest for family unity.
