Charming tale about a large white rabbit who can only be seen by a young girl. The young girl tries to convince her friends and family he really exists but until they are believers he won't reveal himself to them. Produced by the Children's Film Foundation this movie is wonderful for young children to enjoy.

Yet another hidden gem lifted straight from CG. Initially I was comparing this to that awful release I made 'Santa & The Ice Cream Bunny' but the similarity ends with rabbits.......this is actually a worthwhile CFF cult movie whereas the Ice Cream one is deranged nonsense.
I know little about this other than my interest being triggered by screenshots. Expect very clipped English accents & a dress code that is sadly rarely seen these days
The CG release notes link to a blog (where this release was sourced from) that contains extensive music, tv & movie material with direct download links. Don't expect a wealth of FLM material & only visit if you have a well developed sense of British humour!

Wow!! Talk about a blast from the past!!

Years ago I used to do work with a certain children's home facility in the US. One thing I would do was donate VHS videos to the home that I taped off Disney Channel. This was in the early years of cable and the Disney Channel didn't have all the shows available that it runs now, so they were pulling in films, shorts from everywhere to fill in air time.

This movie would play in their late night/early morning time slots.

Though the lead girl isn't uber cute, the movie itself was pretty cool, and as lb said, the 'dress code' was such that it's well worth watch for umm, 'nostalgia' purposes..

I had thought this was actually a series, but I guess that's probably only because it was posted in parts on youtube. Years ago billanben sent me this and asked my opinion of whether to release it here. My answer was favorable but he never did, most likely because all he had at the time was a 100mb file pieced together from youtube flvs and he was looking for something better.
Which we now have, thanks to you!

I very nearly passed this one by.........my previous experiment in releasing Bunny material was not an unqualified success & I'd never heard of this movie before. It's worth reading the comments at CG........although entertaining it's pretty obvious nobody there has heard of it either. It was literally the screenshots posted that caught my eye & prompted me to download for research/nostalgia reasons.
I released this thoroughly British movie, quietly confident few would have heard of it & certainly not outside of the UK, & virtually immediately both kev & FLL post showing a knowledge of it, kev even having watched & recorded it himself!

I don't know why, but one of my fave things about the movie [besides the wonderful little dresses all those poor little girls had to wear ] was the little squirrel that got her letter from the tree stump and delivered it to Mr. Knibbles.

That just always struck me as really cool..
