A couple takes their two daughters to the seaside. It is an ordinary day until one of the girls disappears and drowns. The parents cannot bear the loss and their other daughter goes searching for her sister. She appears to be in shock and does not even shed a tear; her eyes mirror guilt, fear and loneliness.
