As you all know, the search function really sucked and was broken and gave you silly results.

Now i have replaced it with BLTs' script. I tested it and it is working just perfect. And it is updating every 6 hours. Atm it is just basic, maybe some changes will be made, but for the moment i think it's a very good start

So ppl: start to search

Unfortunately the new search engine does not have all functions of the old search system, because it has no direct access to board's database. Those who are missing specific features of the old search, can still use the link https://www.first-loves.com/forums/search.php

Personally i don't think that people wanna use the old search again.. but all other functions related to the search.php like 'View posts since last visit' still work.

While using the search today I was not able to click on and go in to any of the search results shown. anyone else experiencing this?

The old search still works. maybe BLT is having some computer problems?

It's been working for me all night, a little slow at times. The input box and links might not work until it's completely done loading results, so that could be the problem for you.

No it does not work. it will show search results as I mentioned but you 'cannot click on them'.

doesn't really matter to me the old one still does the job.

I am sure it will get figured out. so no worries from me. I was just giving a courtesy heads up to the problem.
