A Tokyo businessman (Hiroshi Hada), transferred to L.A, molests a teenage girl (Amy Hathaway) on a train. It turns out that the girl is the daughter of a vice cop (Charles Bronson). But in one of those plot twists that can only occur in the movies, the cop is assigned to find the businessman's own daughter who has been kidnapped and forced into a teen prostitution ring.

I remember seeing this listed as an on-topic movie a long time ago, a 14-year-old girl plays the unfortunate prostitute.

The Rip looks to be in Spanish However the movie is widely available at Amazon, so this Rip could help in deciding whether to buy it or not
