This rip has hardcoded subs that are probably Portuguese (but that's a guess).

this capture is from a well seeded torrent high quality clean copy
only subs I found were indeed Portuguese and besides the odd Spanish the woman speaks way to fast

This movie is out on DVD [ http://www.dvdgo.com/dvd-la-mosquitera- ... 689/156769 ], and the indications are that it does have English subtitles.

FYI that frame isn't in my copy I think GV posted a picture he found.
Actually they are both good quality. the one I posted a pic for is clean with soft subs the other has hard coded Portuguese

yes but they will overlap the hard coded ones. you will see both at the same time.
