Hmm, I'm wondering which description matches this film.

zebra's description fits the one I found at several sites:

But the translation of berkenl's entry is:

In the last year of the first world war, six French boys in puberty age spend the summer holidays by the sea. no subtitle track on the 6.8gb video - I see somebody mentioning they might do subtitles on that link - but can't see any were posted? With that file having both the french original and the always terrible overdub by one russian it might be possible to actually translate off that to get a english track!
