Hi Guys
A question for the iphone4 users…..
Does anyone know if it is possible to turn off the display while using the video camera during my surveillance work?
Physically obscuring the display can be fiddly and can sometimes result in accidently turning off the recording.
I have found out that an app existed for the iphone3 that did the trick, but it doesn’t work for the iphone4.
Also, I know that some clever people do something called jail breaking, but I don’t fancy buggering around with a new phone on a new contract.
Cheers

Iphone is very popular
Disney and Universal are great places this time of year

Hi, the only way that I know for record video with the display turned off is using a software called "Stealth cam" available on Cydia Store obviously the jailbreak is neccessary and works with all iOs 4 firmware.
The software is not free but if I rember correctly is very economic about 1,5 $.
Good search...

Thanks mario5_ugazio
Sounds good except I have no understanding of jail breaking, but it sounds dodgy to do that with a new phone on a new contract???
