This is broadcast on the Hallmark channel periodically and is part of the "Love Comes Softly Series" so eventually it will be out on dvd and a hdtv rip should pop up at some point.
I have yet to catch a broadcast.

Someone did grab it and posted on torrent.
Great little movie and Morgan has the biggest role of her career so far. I remember in the movie 2012 she barely spoke even though she was in most of the movie. This one she has plenty of lines and she does a great job.
