This particular episode was mostly the parents - the kids had a small segment but they aren't really featured much. The girls are cute but it was mostly the guy acting the big-shot and the woman spending lots of money (she really HATES losing at the horse races 
). Is that the usual for this series?

Watch the episodes where they are visiting hot climates such as Dubai. 
You get to see 'more' of the kids, but yeah a lot of it is rich folk being rich folk.
