I do not have any better news. Warg's eMule file is labeled a DVDrip but it is clearly a VHSrip with tracking lines at the bottom.
This OK.ru video is basically identical to it: https://ok.ru/video/3629214468740
There is another eMule file only 50% shared, but it is almost certainly the same video recontainered in an MKV. I also looked for the movie under the alternate USA title "Charlie and the Hooker" but only found the trailer.

I was looking for this Full HD version of the movie only trailer on youtube
But the search didn't turn up anything

Glad you found the ok.ru link of use. That YouTube "Charlie and the Hooker"-titled trailer was probably one of the ones I came across looking for the whole movie. Please note that it is not ACTUAL 1080p. The trailer is upscaled in size only, not quality. Someone probably upscaled and cropped a videotape or Standard Definition TV broadcast.

Yeah, maybe this version on YouTube, it's just the DVD upscaled to Full HD
