I don't know what operating system that phone uses but I doubt there's an emule client for it.

Emule uses C++, while Android uses Java at least that is what is said on the emule forums.

Is there an android version?
Yes.
Occasionally there have been posts about eMule on Android, but I don't know how well it works.

The latest GitHub update is 8 months ago, which is practically "Brand New" in the world of eMule. You could try it.
