The 1080p is ~3.80Gb, 1440p is 9.56Gb, 2160p is 17.47Gb !!!

That is way too large for me, and probably for most others. Still, you might luck out and find someone here who is interested in getting and sharing the huge 4k file. If not then you could try yourself, if you know how to read F12 Developer Tools / Network links. This video is "master.m3u8" (audio is one of the "playlist.m3u8" files) and can be downloaded with Jdownloader2 for sure, and most likely also youtube-dl and other downloaders.
