The movie name is "Die drei !!!" while "Die drei Ausrufezeichen" is just the working title. For the IMDb link you gave it correct (congrats by the way ) but the title of the tread itself is wrong.

This time IMDb has really outdone itself - all given german spellings are nonsense for different reasons. If you have upper case "D" ("Drei") the translation would simply be "The Three [the number]" with the "!!!" being only punctuation marks - in that case the space in front of them would be wrong. That's also the reason why "Die drei!!!" is even worse as that would translate "The three [of what?]!!!" ...
In fact it should be (and that's also what you see on the poster) "Die drei" and the "!!!" is kind of a pictogram. It seems those fools found that nonsense hip ...

I haven't watched the movie yet but I think the title is an allusion to "Die drei ???" ...

The cover art says Die drei !!! and IMDb says the film is called The Three Exclamation Marks. Unless there's a real good reason to think otherwise, that should be pretty definitive.
