Though it has a similar title to "The World of Us" writer/director Yoon Ga-eun did not develop "The House of Us" as a spirutal sequel. As filming continued the phrase "The House of Us" or literally just our home frequently recurs and has obvious symbolic power.

I found this movie back when you posted 'TWoU', but I figured you would be posting something about it, so I held off.. Since you haven't. I decided to put out the [REQ].
Synopsis:
It's the summer holidays in the city and young Hana is trying to get her warring parents to reunite. But she's distracted from her quest one day by a couple of younger girls, nine-year-old Yoomi and seven-year-old Yoojin. As she swiftly becomes an older-sister figure to the pair, the trio's recess becomes one of imagination and adventure - from playing tricks on the landlady to going on a seaside reconnaissance - that leads to the bittersweet glimmerings of maturity.
This is absolutely Ga-eun Yoon's handwriting. She making so stunning Movies with Kids, since she is in the movie Buisness. Her first short "Sprout" was so nice and winning a crystal bear for the best short at the children section and two years later she was present again with her first Movie "The World of us" and now she do it again... Can't await to see that movie.
I have come to really like this director's work. Thank you all for the great recommendations! I plan on RELeasing "Woorijb / The House of Us" within the next few days. Stay tuned.

At least we have it now. Even with a very low bitrate and low audio quality...
...and a wrong framrate of 30 fps

Yes, I was disappointed that I found no sign of even a dvd at my usual sources. I came across what looked to be a VOD for rent for those in Korea. I have 2 Chinese torrents loaded in my client with no seeders. If I ever have any success with either of those I will have an upgrade to bring here ... but I am not going to hold my breath.

I found the movie in much better quality, but it had hardcoded Chinese subtitles.
So, I removed and replaced them with new beautiful english subs.
It's still not perfect, but the best copy we can get atm.
FANTASTIC, ghost! I am really excited about this upgrade! Are you willing to share where you found this? Torrent, DDL etc. I am curious as to what I did not find in my searches.
I was really P.O.'d when I missed discovering BY ONE DAY an Australian online film festival with free registration that had this film. No doubt it would have been excellent quality, but I did not notice it in my previous scouring of Google results.
For the past month I have been torrenting a 3.8g 1080p file, whether or not it has burned subs I don't know, but it is currently at only 18.3% because the lone seeder only shares for a few minutes at random intervals. If I ever get it (months from now) I will of course bring it here, but I can not get too hopeful.
So, THANK YOU. This has given me something to be most thankful for.
