Germany 1935. 16-year old Sanne is sent to live with her aunt in Frankfurt. She falls in love with her cousin Franz, and they plan to marry secretly, but her aunt learns of the plans, and denounces Sanne to the Gestapo.

Wow. I looked through the vk.com Video. Lots of nice scenes and generally looks like an interesting film.
Film was released in 1981, lead actress Désirée Nosbusch was born in 1965, making her 16 during the release - probably 15 when filming. (She does look a bit older than her age I’d say)

Since the film aired only on television in Germany in 2003 and 2005, I guess the DVD will remain the highest quality version unless a remastered version hits the streaming services.
Someone elsewhere mentioned that on the tv channel ZDF only an uncensored version aired which is fascinating considering it already showed quite a lot (screengrabs from the tv recording exist).
I also found a 2160p upscale of her scenes which must have been done with topaz.
