issues with people using aMule

Is it something on my side or are aMule clients just weird? Again and again I see aMule clients downloading one chunk and cancelling the transfer, only to come back after about 22 minutes, download another chunk, and disconnect again. Currently the client is aMule v2.4.0. My client is eMule v0.60c.

This has been discussed before and it seems to be an issue with certain aMule setups. AFAIK v2.4 has not been officially released and there are many ways it can be built, so it is not a problem with v2.4 as such.
