The only one that comes to mind offhand for me is Kukacka v temném lese AKA Cuckoo in a Dark Forest (1986).

It is sorta school themed, as the main girl is placed in school-like setting, and this is after she was chosen and examined with others due to her appearance. It's a brief scene.

I'm hoping that this question is NOT for reasons of a 'fetish'-nature [which has been popular of late] and from a serious interest for movies of that genre..

If so, oddly enough; the first two Exorcist movies:
The Exorcist (1973)
Exorcist II: The Heretic (1977)

Not sure about the newest remake of the original as I haven't seen it yet..

Then there's another movie from a little over 10 years ago:
The Possession (2012)

And an older Asian film that is absolutely excruciating to watch:
Furueru shita AKA Writhing Tongue (1980)

Those are some really good movies that come to mind with some sometimes intense 'medical' exams/procedures in them. (Although none of these really relate to 'school'...) (Of course, 'fetish'... More fool me.. )

I used to have an hour long video of some woman doctor in an exam room, examining an eight year old girl. But I think it might've been on the 4TB external drive which fell out my pocket...

Funny, I'd have to rewatch those 2, I don't remember that at all.

There's some of that in Eto bylo u morya (1989) and Biologie [1990)

I think it's too much if they ask about things like medical, girls' locker rooms, bathscene or swimming in the lake. That is why there is https://sensitivecontent.info/index.php and other information websites related to or related to those pages that are for 'fetishists'.
