Save it as a .HTML file, open it in a browser. I tried in multiple browsers Chromium, Chrome, Edge, DuckDuckGo. The annoying thing is that if you click the link, it goes to the external website, were you can download, save it on your own disk etc. etc.
So it can't be that the link don't work, or cAN it?
