IMDB says:
A young woman struggles to overcome lost love, unplanned motherhood and ghostly apparitions.
Are they any actors/actresses younger than 16?

The character is 17 years old, I've seen other films here with equivalent ages as Françoise in Un moment d'égarement (1977)... but you can move the topic as needed.

The reviews I read describe the teens in the beginning as immature and in the throes of first love, and the infant forces them to grow up fast. So I can see considering it, but we still need a cut-off point somewhere.

Moving to Verified Off-Topic, as I am not sure we are going to count the infant as a major character.
