The youth cast in this were over 18 years old when it was made. Born between 2002 and 2004

Thank you petra, I was trying to figure that out myself because they DID look older.
Welcome to FLM, Camagi-san! FLM is really intended for films with characters 16 or younger. It seems the characters here are in their senior year of high school, so they are likely 17 or older. MAYBE there are some advanced younger students. As petra pointed out, the actors here are older than the characters as is typical in many movies. That pushes it even more out of our age range.
