It's Christmas Eve, we are in Rome in a residential neighborhood. Two bungling thieves, dressed up as Santa Claus and his assistant Elfo, after a chaotic theft and pursued by the police break into a house. But in the house they find only the two little ones Liam and Olivia, who mistake them for babysitters and start doing all sorts of things to them. The two thieves know that they will have to indulge them and entertain them, waiting for the police to clear the neighborhood and they can escape. The plan is to manage to make them fall asleep by reading them a story... that's how our characters will enter the enchanted world of the Arctic Friends puppets.

This movie was also shot in Italy, but spoken in English, the file is not mine but someone's, I just searched for it on eMule. I have not verified it.

From my eMule source I found another link, but I don't know if it's the same as that other link, maybe it contains English audio or English subtitles. Noticing the GB is the same.

It is the exact same file with a different name. (The hashes are the same.) I did not find any other links.
