Looking for a certain movie

Is there a board for these kind of posts? I haven't seen one. Sorry if this is the wrong place.

It's difficult to describe, but I think more than a handful of people have seen it. Bear with me.

I'm looking for a movie with a little blond about 4 years old. There is no plot, and it's not really a documentary, but still candid. Feels more like a tour. Her name is something like Kati (sounds like catty) and we follow her around as she sings and dances and plays. It has a really surreal feeling to it. There's tribal music and experimental photography. Kind of innocent and lighthearted.

It opens with her singing an eerie song as the camera pans down in the dark to show a tree on a hill, (lit with studio lights against the black), then her in a barn with a blanket over her head as she steps out and starts twirling around inside a circle of rope on the grass. Later she plays with kittens that her grandma shows her. Sometimes she's with her friends (who in the beginning of the movie are playing soccer with crystal balls). Sometimes she gets hurt (the actress does) and her crying turns into a soundscape with the soundtrack as she's walking between a sparse little forest. She has two male friends who get into a physical fight (another more candid scene). We just watch them duke it out in the distance. He giggles and hits a little goat with a stick, chasing it around the pen in a fisheye perspective. In one musical scene she's chanting and dancing with these Peruvian guys in a circle. She floats down from the sky and plucks a giant pink flower.

What else...? I think it was Hungarian, made in the 60s - 70s, but I'm not sure.

Does anyone remember this? I've been looking for it maybe a year or two and can't remember the name or the country.

EDIT- Nevermind, I found it. It's not Hungarian, it's Estonian.
