At present, except for the file that cannot be downloaded, it does not seem to affect other files under the account.

However, it is uncertain whether there will be an impact in the future.

Perhaps you should change the filename, compress and encrypt the file all the time.

To avoid some significant detection. But that may not help.

Anyway you have been warned, please beware of uploading copyright sensitive material.

Wow! I have never encountered that before, and every single file I upload is copyrighted by someone. Thank you for the warning.

Absolutely! That is a very good suggestion! Simply converting that file to a single "foobar.rar" with a shared password probably would have avoided the problem.

Since the account has been banned, this points out a good reason to create all such accounts with anonymous replaceable email addresses.

A big part of this is the specific title involved. Spy Kids (2001) is a major studio film with wide distribution. It's also American - studios in the US are responsible for the DMCA and the majority of law enforcement actions on copyright worldwide. You'd run into the same problem trying to post any of the Avengers films. European studios are far less aggressive. Maybe they figure they're highly profitable even with piracy, so why piss the public off with moneygrubbing censorship laws and legal actions?

Most of what we post here is niche content. Movies and TV shows the average person hasn't heard of, in many cases decades old. All of which makes copyright strikes less likely. I've only posted a handful of American movies. All lesser known titles, no big Hollywood moneymakers. So I've never had a problem with links being reported. Sometimes they expire or get deleted, but I've never received any warning messages from hosting sites. Needless to say I always use one of my many fake emails to set up accounts so I can sign up again immediately if I lose one.

But yeah, the movie you choose to upload makes a huge difference.
