Troubles with Downloading from an Ad-Supported Service

So, I've been trying to download an FLM-related title from 10 (https://10.com.au/) to share as a Direct Download
I'm using an ad-blocker but everytime I download something from there, the ads carries over... I was wondering if this is happening to anyone else and if there's a workaround so I can download the title without the Ads
SBS works perfectly fine when I download from that service (No Ads) so Idk why 10 is being a pain
I'll give an example for what I mean (You need a VPN to access 10 if you do not live in Australia)

Try downloading an Episode and play it in your media player, it has Ads which I don't want
