Can i reply to a specific post or my post will only get added at the very last?

All new posts get added to the end of the thread.
Quoting a post puts the member's name at the top of the quote, and an Up-arrow link to the original post. The default for members is to get a notification when one of their posts is quoted. (You should have a notification for my quoting your post.)
